The LED indicator on the Sensa device will pulse red during charging when the battery levels are 0-50%. The LED indicator will pulse during charging when the Sensa device is at 50-80%. The LED indicator will illuminate solid light when the Sensa device is greater than 80% during charging. The LED indicator on the Sensa device will switch off completely when the Sensa device is fully charged at 100%. A full charge should take no longer than 1.5 hours.
No. A wall adapter and car adapter needs to be used in conjunction with the supplied USB-C cable. The USB-C cable is the only component that charges the Sensa product. The supplied USB-C cable can be connected to a wall adaptor, a car adaptor, or a USB port of a computer. The rating input of the supplied charging cable is 5VDC, 1A.

When Sensa is empty (no visible liquid left or no vapor produced after charging), firmly press the battery access button on the side of the device. There are 2 modes on the Sensa device – Base mode, and Boost mode. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the Sensa device for longer than 1.5 seconds to switch between modes. Boost mode is indicated by a bright blue LED.
To lock Sensa, press the on/off button on the bottom of the device rapidly 3 times. When locked, the LED light flashes 3 times. To unlock Sensa, press the on/off button on the bottom of the device rapidly 3 times. Lock device when unattended.
